This technical catalogue is prepared for specification and estimation purposes. The following clarifications define the boundaries of our recommendations and the responsibilities of each party during project planning and installation.
All dimensions, fabric selections and motor torque ratings are based on the information provided by the client. Field measurements must be verified by a qualified installer before fabrication. We do not assume responsibility for discrepancies between preliminary drawings and actual site conditions.
Shading coefficients and g-values are nominal values obtained under controlled laboratory conditions. Real-world performance varies with glass type, frame colour, solar angle and local climate. These figures are intended for comparative product selection, not as a final energy model input.
Anodised and painted aluminium finishes may show slight tonal variation between production batches. This is inherent to the process and does not constitute a defect. Colour matching should always be requested with a physical sample prior to mass production.
Tubular motors require a dedicated power supply and must be installed by a certified electrician. Our wiring diagrams are indicative; final connection must comply with local electrical codes. Overload protection is the responsibility of the installing contractor.
The supporting structure (wall, ceiling or fascia) must be capable of bearing the dynamic load of the blind system. We assume no liability for damage caused by inadequate anchoring, uneven surfaces or concealed utilities. A pre-installation site survey is strongly advised.
