What to expect on site
Every project moves through the same sequence: site survey, product confirmation, fabrication, and fitting. The value is in what each stage delivers before the next one starts — fewer surprises, clearer handoffs, and a result that matches the specification sheet.
We measure the actual opening, check wall condition, and confirm headroom before anything is cut. This removes the most common cause of rework: dimensions taken from drawings that do not match the built space.
Profiles are cut, drilled, and assembled from the approved product sheet — not from memory. Fabric type, motor torque, and control layout are locked in writing before production begins.
Each unit is operated, checked for alignment, and tested for smooth travel before we leave. You receive a short record of what was installed and how it should be used.
Power points and control cables are verified before the blind is hung. This avoids the common delay of discovering a missing conduit or wrong voltage after installation has started.
Roller tubes are cut to width and fabric is attached under controlled tension. The result is a straight drop without wrinkles or edge curl, even on wider windows.

Implementation timeline
A clear sequence of what happens after you submit a project inquiry. Each phase has defined deliverables, review points, and practical constraints so you know what to expect before work begins.
Week 1
We collect window dimensions, orientation, glazing type, and your control preferences. For retrofit projects, we verify existing brackets and power availability at the motor location.
Week 2–3
Based on solar heat gain coefficients and light transmission targets, we shortlist blackout, screen, or translucent fabrics. Aluminum profiles are matched to the structural load and wind exposure for exterior systems.
Week 4
You receive elevation views, mounting details, and a dimensioning table that lists fabric drop, roll diameter, and headbox size. Motor torque is calculated from the final weight of the assembled blind.
Week 5–6
Profiles are cut, drilled, and finished in our workshop. Fabric is cut to the specified drop with a tolerance of ±5 mm. Each motorized unit is bench-tested for travel limits and remote pairing before packing.
Week 7
Units arrive with labeled brackets and a printed installation guide. For motorized systems, we schedule a commissioning visit to set end limits, configure wall switches, and connect to your automation hub if required.
Week 8
You receive a project file with fabric care instructions, spare part references, and a recommended service interval for lubrication and tension checks. Warranty registration is confirmed by email.
